The H-4 fits clocks with German-made mechanisms (movements) by Franz Hermle and Sons, including: Seth Thomas Helmsman, Seth Thomas Corsair, Seth Thomas Redding, Chelsea Ship Strike, Boston Ship Strike, the Schatz Royal Mariner Conversion, Wuersch Ships’ clock, and New England Clock Company.

Fits Franz Hermle (FHS) mechanisms: 020-011, 130-020; 130-070; 130-080; 130-627; 131-030; 131-070; 131-071; 131-080; 132-071 and all mechanisms beginning with numbers 130, 131, or 132.
