Welcome to the JFK Clock Repair "contact page", where below, you will find JFK's phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, and a map/directions to the shop. May I kindly ask that you read these brief notes before contacting JFK, or before coming to the shop? Thank you.

Hours and Availability: JFK Clock Repair is open on Saturdays only (find out why, and learn more, HERE) and is open most Saturdays per year. Please note there are some Saturdays on which JFK is not available (holidays, personal commitments, etc.). Please call or e-mail before making the drive to visit JFK, to confirm my hours and availability. I do not want to miss you, or have you waste a trip. If a Saturday is not convenient for you, JFK is happy to accommodate weekday visits by appointment. Please inquire.

Shipping: Despite my limited retail "hours and availability", I visit the shop every day to accept UPS, FedEx, and Postal deliveries, and I am even in the shop on some days that I am "closed". So if you’re shipping a clock here, you may do so at any time regardless of my "hours" for that week. Your clock will arrive here safely, and I will receive it, even if I am not "open". See "Shipping" for more information.

Telephone messages: Sometimes JFK cannot answer the phone. Please leave a voice message and you will receive a return call. I check messages daily, AND I return all calls. Please be patient. I understand what it’s like to expect, and wait for, a return call, and will return your call at the first opportunity I have to do so.

If JFK does not return your call within about 24 hours, it means I did not receive your message for technical (phone company) reasons, or your cell phone call was dropped or "broke up", or you forgot to tell me your phone number. If you do not hear back from JFK within 24 hours, please phone again.

E-mailing: E-mail is the best way to contact JFK. When e-mailing, please include your full name, your address, and your phone number...sometimes my e-mail replies are returned to me as "undeliverable", but if your name, mailing address, and phone number are in your original e-mail, this will allow me to contact you via US Mail or by phone.

US Mail: Traditional written inquiries that are sent via the Postal Service are welcomed, and, are answered!

Do it Yourselfers and Clock Repair Hobbyists: JFK has suspension springs (pendulum springs), escapements, plus other items available for your repairs. An online shopping cart with photos is being developed and will be online soon, but for now send a description of your needs, with photos of the sample part(s) please. If I can supply what you need I will quote a price.

Free Help & "Clock Talk": JFK is not a "free help service" for hobbyists, "do it yourselfers", other repair shops, etc. Nor is JFK available on e-mail or by phone to "talk shop" or to "talk clocks" with other repairmen, hobbyists, collectors, etc. (find out the reason for this…there IS a reason; plus see sources for free online help and "clock talk", HERE). Thank you for your understanding.

Should you contact JFK? Yes! If you have a clock that needs repair, JFK would like to hear from you. If you have questions about the products or services on this web site, or if you have questions about anything that's NOT on this website (but that you think I might be able to provide), I also welcome your inquiry.
