Why JFK is only open on Saturdays JFK Clock Repair is only open one day per week, usually Saturday. JFK is open most Saturdays per year but please call or e-mail first to confirm. (Holidays, personal commitments, etc. prevent my opening sometimes, so always confirm before coming to visit). I do not want to miss you, or have you waste a trip. During those weeks when I cannot be open on a Saturday, I will generally "open" on a day that precedes or that follows that Saturday…for example a day or two before Saturday (Thursday or Friday), or perhaps a day or two later (Sunday or Monday), JFK will open in lieu of that particular Saturday. To find out when JFK is "open", simply call or e-mail for my hours/availability for the week you would like to visit. If a Saturday is not convenient for you, or if you would simply like the convenience of visiting on a weekday, I am happy to accommodate weekday (Monday to Friday) visits by appointment. Please inquire.
Q: “Why the limited hours/availability?”
A: During the week, my time is spent completing repairs; doing "house calls" for grandfather clocks; and tending to my business’ needs, my family’s needs, and those of our home. All of these things require my full attention, and require several hours per week. For JFK to be open "more days per week" would literally require that there be "more days per week". There are not.
